  • Subscription is for a specific quantity of milk as per the plan chosen, currently there are no different variants of milk that we offer.

  • Subscription is subject to acceptance and all rights pertaining to the same are reserved by Keventers the milk co.

  • Any modifications or changes to the current subscription plan can be done by going to ‘Schedule my milk’ section in the app.

  • Subscription must be used within a maximum of 120 days for regular 30 & 90 ltr packs from the date of commencement of milk supply.

  • A cancellation fee of Rs. 100/- shall be levied on cancellation of any 30 ltr or 90 ltr pack.

  • All cancellation requests will be processed within 48 hrs from the time of request and the allocated refund shall be transferred to the subscriber via the same mode used for payment of subscription within 7 working days.

  • This subscription plan is non-transferable.

  • Milk bottles will be the property of the subscriber once delivered.

  • All renewals will be made at the prevailing rate on the date of such renewal.

  • All communication to Keventers the Milk Co should be done at (Tlil free no. 18001025064 or over email at customercare@keventers.com

  • Change of address for delivery can be modified by the subscriber for ongoing regular plans subject to serviceability of the areas.

  • Only one trial pack is allowed per one subscriber.

  • Minimum quantity of order will be 1 ltr and maximum of 5 ltr per day.

  • For any subscriber willing to order more than 5 ltr per day shall get in touch at customercare@keventers.com or tlil free no.

  • Special offers cannot be clubbed.

  • Keventers the milk co will keep subscribers informed regarding its offers and updates.

  • All disputes will be subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
